It is remarkable how much has happened in just four years. If you compare this photo of Alice with this one, taken just four years earlier, we see a totally different person. Here she seems to have aged several years. She looks much older than 22. And it seems as if she has lost her glow, she has bags under her eyes, and the teenage freshness and optimism that we have seen in the previous photo seems to have disappeared. And she certainly does not look like a happy and radiant bride. What happened to her?
