Albumen silver print from glass negative by Franz Antoine (Austrian, 1814–1882)
Among the people on the photograph are Mathias und Elise Höusermann who wear the same outfits as in the photo of my previous post. I always wonder: how could these women even sit down and get up elegantly in these full dresses? Woman on far left is Marie Antoine with her youngest daughter also named Marie Antoine. The little girl on the right in the white dress is her older sister Hermine Antoine.
