I think the toddler Clémentine de Metternich might be also known as Countess Klementina Marie von Metternich, or Countess Klementina Marie von Metternich-Sandor Winneburg (1870-1963), daughter of Richard Klemens, Fürst von Metternich-Winneburg and Pauline Clémentine Marie Walburga Gräfin Sándor de Szlavnicza. As a child Clementine was badly injured by her dog and consequently decided never to marry due to her scarred face.
